For Nonprofits

For organisations

You’ve been building
something real.
Let’s take it further.

Symbia is a structured partnership programme that connects established nonprofits and social enterprises with aligned corporate and philanthropic partners. This is not a grant application. It is a three-year, co-designed programme of support built around what your organisation actually needs to grow.

How you get here

By invitation —
from a partner who believes in you.

Symbia Fellows are introduced through a partner who already works with you and believes in what you’re building. They want to take that relationship further — with structure, accountability, and real investment in your long-term capacity. If you’ve received this from a partner, they’ve already made the case for you.

What you receive

A programme built around
what you actually need.

Every programme is co-designed at the start. The below is a menu, not a fixed package — what you receive is shaped by your organisation’s needs and agreed with your Partner before the programme begins.

Funding

Direct financial support from your Partner, agreed at the start of the programme and disbursed directly to your organisation.

Skills & Volunteering

Structured skills-based volunteering from your Partner’s team — matched to your actual organisational needs, not ad hoc days.

Coaching & Training

Capacity-building support from Symbia — covering leadership, strategy, operations, and communications.

PR & Profile

Active promotion through your Partner’s communications and networks — raising your profile with audiences that matter.

Peer Learning

From Year 2, access to a cohort of Fellow organisations for shared learning, problem-solving, and mutual support.

Alumni Network

On programme completion, you join the Symbia alumni network — ongoing connections, resources, and opportunities.
